    “GREAT GREAT GREAT! Called Wahl when a/c broke on the hottest day of the year. They sent someone over with in an hour. Unit was old so I knew I was in need of a new one. Patrick came in , investigated the problem, did measurements, recommended a few things, called Jen for price and new a/c was on it's way to me with in one hour. Bob and Jake (installers) were WONDERFUL! They treated my home with respect. Very clean workers. They worked all day until 9pm to get a/c and furnace installed. I couldn't be more happy with Wahl Family Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. HIGHLY Recommend this company.”

    “Couldn't be more grateful that I called you guys yesterday. Terrific, courteous, personalized service. I found my last service record from three years ago and called as soon as I realized my furnace wasn't working. Within TWO hours, the broken flame sensor was replaced (by same tech who replaced an ignitor switch in 2014), and the furnace was working again and warming up our house! Very reasonable price, too, for the diagnostic, replacement part, and safety testing (under $300 for everything). THANK YOU. ”

    “Wahl was fantastic! My furnace went over the weekend and someone came out that day to check for me. Two days later I had an appointment set up to get a new furnace. The morning of my install, I was called first thing and told that the furnace that came was damaged and I would be the first appointment the next day. The crew was at my house first thing in the morning and did an excellent job. I also received some additional tune ups for my trouble that was ultimately something out of Wahl's control. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a personalized experience.”

    “Is it possible to look-forward to a service call? In the case of Patrick Z. at Wahl ... yes! It was time to service our boiler in preparation for the cold weather season. The Wahl office called to remind us and made an appointment for the following week. Patrick Z. was sent-out and he was great. Very professional, very neat--when he entered the house, he slipped-on covers over his work boots (which I appreciated). He's also very smart. He was proactive about teaching me about the boiler in our recently-purchased home and he never tired of answering my (many) layman's questions. I trust Patrick and will be happy to see him in the Spring (when he comes to service our air conditioner). Thanks, Patrick.”
