Employee Spotlight: Meet Nicole

Our office staff works hard to ensure that customers receive excellent service and professionalism. Today, we sat down with Nicole to get a deeper look at what she does on a daily basis!

Nicole is always listening closely to customers who call into our office with their heating, cooling or indoor air quality needs. She schedules appointments in a timely manner and makes outbound calls to make sure that customers who are enrolled in our Energy Savings Maintenance Agreement Program receive their discounted prepaid tune-ups.

1. What are your day-to-day functions on the job?

My main responsibility as a Customer Service Representative is to call our existing customers to remind them of services that they purchased, correspond with customers to keep them up to date on warranty compliance and work with the office to maintain our high level of customer service.

2. Where are you from?

I was born in Mckees Rocks, Pennsylvania, but I currently live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

3. What experiences led to your role at Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing?

Many years of customer service experience in retail, and office management. I enjoy working with people!

4. When did you first decide you wanted to work in this industry?

Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & plumbing provides a useful service to their customers. I love that the office environment feels like a true family.

5. How long have you been working with Wahl Family Heating, Cooling & Plumbing?

August 1st of this year will be 8 years!

6. What are your most memorable experiences on-the-job?

Participating and completing Nexstar Network Call Center Excellence Series training.

7. How does what you do separate Wahl from others in the industry?

Wahl goes above and beyond to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction, it is very important to build a rapport with our customer base. We can relate to the customer, and genuinely empathize and care about their needs, we also offer a staff and technicians that are very trained and skilled in the field, we offer training and coaching meetings on a weekly basis. Taking pride in our company by constantly learning and striving for excellence makes customer feel valued.
