Will you be doing any spring cleaning this weekend? It’s time to get started on getting your home ready for the warm months! Here are few tips to help you keep your HVAC system in good shape this spring.
Spring Cleaning Checklist:
- Check Your Air Conditioner – Now that the weather is warming up, it’s time to have your air conditioning system looked at. You want to correct any potential problems before you need it on how summer days.
- Replace Your Filters – Air filters should be changed every few months. Check to see if your air filter is dirty and replace it or clean it if necessary.
- Clean Your Bathroom Fan – It’s time for spring cleaning! Take the cover off of your bathroom fan and wash it in soapy water. Clean off any dirt to help keep your home air clean and prevent allergies.
- Check Toilet Flappers – Toilet flappers can become worn over time. Check your toilet flapper and if it looks like it’s starting to age, it might be time for a replacement.
